solve plumbing issues.

Car Sales and Transfers

From listing and viewings to paperwork and handover, I manage the sale of your vehicle so it doesn't sit on your plate while you're knee-deep in boxes.

Mail and PO Box Management

I collect, sort, and forward your mail, flag anything urgent, and manage your P.O. box, keeping you in the loop without
keeping you up at night.

Utility & Service Transfers

CUC, Water Authority, Flow, Digicel…
I coordinate the transfer or cancellation of services, ensuring nothing runs in your name unnecessarily once you're gone

Pre-Departure Preparation

Running through a checklist before you fly: storage arrangements, key handovers, deep cleaning coordination, and making sure the property is in the best possible
shape on your way out.

Storage & Belongings

Need items stored, donated, or collected?
I coordinate with local storage facilities and removal companies so your belongings are handled with care.

Anything Else

Renewal of vehicle registration. Payment of strata fees. Liaising with your real estate agent. If it requires a physical presence in Grand Cayman,
I can likely handle it.
